Bedtime Bible is made by a small family team, and we read everything you send. If something is broken, confusing, or just not right for your family, tell us and we will fix what we can.

Write to hello@bedtimebiblekids.com. Most messages get a reply within two business days. Including your iPhone model and iOS version helps us help you faster.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then choose Bedtime Bible. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Apple also explains the steps at support.apple.com.
Request a refund
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, email us anyway and we will do what we can.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new iPhone, open the app and choose Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Report a content concern
Every story is checked against Scripture before it ships, and every story shows its reference. If you believe we got something wrong, we want to know. Email us with the story title and the concern, and we will review it against the text.
