Terms of Use
By using Bedtime Bible (the "app"), made by Lucky Future LLC, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read by a tired parent, not a lawyer, but they are still the agreement.
Who can use it
You must be an adult to download the app and purchase a subscription. The app is meant to be used by children together with a parent or caregiver, on the parent's device. By subscribing, you confirm you are the account holder of the Apple ID being charged.
The service
The app provides Bible stories, prayers, and related content for family reading. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial family use.
Subscriptions
Full access requires an auto-renewing subscription: It is $39.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $4.99 a month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
If we ever change the price of an existing subscription, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price applies. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen with the same Apple ID.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, though we are happy to help: hello@bedtimebiblekids.com.
Content
All stories, prayers, illustrations, and other content in the app are owned by Lucky Future LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them. You may share the cards and links the app's share feature creates, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Stories are retellings prepared for reading aloud to children; they are not a substitute for Scripture itself, and each shows the reference so you can read the original together.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app, scrape or extract its content, use it to train machine learning models, or use it in any unlawful way.
Apple
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Future LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time; cancel your subscription in your App Store settings so it does not renew. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, such as redistribution of content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. We will update the date above when we do, and note material changes in the app.
